Tiam Heydari, PhD

I am currently a postdoctoral fellow at the University of British Columbia (UBC) in Prof. Peter Zandstra’s lab. I completed my PhD in Biomedical Engineering at UBC, also in Prof. Peter Zandstra’s lab. Before that, I earned my master’s degree in Theoretical Physics from Sharif University of Technology, where I worked with Prof. Mohammad Reza Ejtehadi and Prof. Morteza Mahmoudi. I also hold a BSc in Theoretical Physics from Sharif University of Technology.
My research interests lie at the intersection of biophysics, systems biology, systems immunology, and artificial intelligence.
